MUTUAL ASSISTANCE IN CRIMINAL MATTERS ACT 1987 - SECT 17
Arrangements between Attorney - General and State Ministers in relation to custody of certain persons(1) The Attorney - General may make arrangements with a State Minister in relation to the keeping of persons who are in Australia pursuant to requests under section 16 in custody in the State.
(2) The Attorney - General may arrange with a State Minister
with whom an arrangement is in force under subsection (1) for the
variation or revocation of the arrangement.
