MEDICARE AGREEMENTS ACT 1992 - SECT 3

                   Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of agreement and substituting the following definition:

" agreement means:

                     (a)  before 1 July 1993--an agreement under section 23F; or

                     (b)  on or after 1 July 1993--an agreement under section 24;".
