MEDICARE AGREEMENTS ACT 1992 - SECT 11

                   Section 30 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:

                    "(1)  An amount (including an advance) in respect of the item at paragraph 25(2)(e) is to be paid out of amounts appropriated by the Parliament from time to time for that purpose.".

12  Repeal of Schedule 2

                   Schedule 2 to the Principal Act is repealed.
