MARRIAGE ACT 1961 - SECT 79
Authorised celebrant to retain consents etc. An authorised celebrant to whom a consent, dispensation with
consent or statutory declaration is produced under this Act shall retain it in
the possession of the authorised celebrant until he or she deals with it in
accordance with section 80.
