Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies to and in relation to all marriages solemnized, or intended to be solemnized, in Australia.
(2) This Division does not apply to or in relation to marriages to which Division 3 of this Part applies.
