Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to this Subdivision, the Registrar for a State or Territory shall, on application in accordance with the regulations, by a person ordinarily resident in that State or Territory who is entitled to registration under this Subdivision, register that person in the register kept by that Registrar.
(2) The particulars set out in an application for registration under this Subdivision shall be verified by the applicant by statutory declaration.
