MIGRATION ACT 1958 - SECT 473JF
Delegation(1) The President may delegate, in writing, all or any of the President's powers or functions under this Part to the Senior Reviewer.
(2) In exercising a power under a delegation, the Senior
Reviewer must comply with any written directions of the President.
