Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Whenever a life company establishes a statutory fund otherwise than under an approval given under section 52, the company must give APRA written notice of:
(a) the establishment of the fund; and
(b) the date on which the fund was established; and
(c) the nature of the life insurance business of the company to which the fund relates; and
(d) such other matters as are prescribed by the regulations.
(2) The notice must be given in accordance with the regulations.
