LIFE INSURANCE ACT 1995 - SECT 16O

Benefit fund rules approved by APRA and in force form part of company's constitution

                   Benefit fund rules that:

                     (a)  have been approved by APRA under section 16L; and

                     (b)  have come into force under section 16N;

are, by force of this section, part of the constitution of the company that applied for approval of the rules.
