LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1995 - SECT 22
Local Government Grants Commissions If, immediately before the commencement of this Act, an
instrument was in force under section 4 of the repealed Act declaring a
body to be the Local Government Grants Commission of a State, the instrument
is taken to be a declaration duly made under subsection 5(2) of this
Act.
