LOCAL GOVERNMENT (FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1995 - SECT 20
Repeal(1) The Local Government (Financial Assistance) Act 1986 is repealed.
(2) Despite the repeal effected by subsection ( 1), the
repealed Act continues to apply in relation to financial years before the year
beginning on 1 July 1995.
