Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The following instruments may be varied or revoked in accordance with subsection 33(3) of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901 :
(a) a direction given under this Act;
(b) guidelines made under this Act;
(c) any other instrument made under this Act.
(2) Subsection (1) is in addition to any power conferred by this Act to vary or revoke such an instrument.
