Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 applies in relation to an application to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for review of a pre‑acquisition declaration.
(2) Sections 27, 29 and 41 and subsection 43(1) of that Act do not apply in relation to such an application.
