JUDGES' PENSIONS ACT 1968 - SECT 8B

             (1)  If the Attorney‑General decides not to restore a person's pension under section 8A, the Attorney‑General must give the person written notice of that decision.

             (2)  A notice under subsection (1) must include:

                     (a)  reasons for the decision; and

                     (b)  notification of the applicant's entitlement to apply for review of the decision under section 17A.
