JUDGES' PENSIONS ACT 1968 - SECT 14

Payment of pensions

                   Pensions under this Act:

                     (a)  grow due from day to day but are payable monthly; and

                     (b)  shall be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
