JUDICIARY ACT 1903 - SECT 77
No other appeal Except as aforesaid, and except in the case of error apparent on
the face of the proceedings, an appeal shall not without the special leave of
the High Court be brought to the High Court from a judgment or sentence
pronounced on the trial of a person charged with an indictable offence against
the laws of the Commonwealth.
