JUDICIARY ACT 1903 - SECT 66
Performance by Commonwealth or State On receipt of the certificate of a judgment against the
Commonwealth or a State the Minister for Finance or the Treasurer of the State
as the case may be shall satisfy the judgment out of moneys legally available.
