Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The AGS has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the AGS has power to do any of the following:
(a) acquire, hold and dispose of real and personal property;
(b) form, or participate in the formation of, companies;
(c) enter into partnerships;
(d) enter into contracts, agreements or arrangements;
(e) raise money, by borrowing or otherwise;
(f) obtain goods or services on credit from any person by the use of a credit card.
