(a) the CEO; or
(b) an employee of the AGS whose name is on a roll referred to in subsection 55D(1).
"CEO" means the Chief Executive Officer of the AGS.
"company" means a body corporate that is incorporated, or taken to be incorporated, under the Corporations Act 2001 .
"Finance Minister" means the Minister for Finance and Administration.
"State" includes the Australian Capital Territory and the Northern Territory.
"Territory" does not include the Australian Capital Territory or the Northern Territory.
