INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1997 - SECT 50

(1)

The Governor-General may make arrangements with the Governor of a State, the Chief Minister of the ACT or the Administrator of a Territory with respect to the administration of this Act, including arrangements relating to the exercise by officers of the State or Territory of functions under this Act.

(2)

An arrangement may be varied or terminated at any time.

(3)

The Attorney-General is to cause notice of the making, variation or termination of an arrangement to be published in the Gazette .
