INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1997 - SECT 41
Effect of warrant on Tribunal prisoner's sentence
The Tribunal prisoner to whom a warrant relates is to be released when the
prisoner has completed serving the sentence of imprisonment in accordance with
this Act unless any other law authorises the prisoner's detention in respect
of an offence other than that on account of which the sentence of imprisonment
was imposed.
