INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PRISONERS ACT 1997 - SECT 35
Enforcement of Tribunal sentence of imprisonment Before consenting to the transfer of a Tribunal prisoner to
Australia under this Part, the Attorney - General is to determine, in
accordance with Part 6, the method by which the sentence of
imprisonment imposed by the Tribunal will be enforced in Australia if the
prisoner is transferred and is to advise the Tribunal of this and of any other
proposed terms on which consent will be given to the transfer.
