Information to accompany request Before consenting to the transfer of a Tribunal prisoner to
Australia, the Attorney - General may request the Tribunal requesting the
transfer to provide the Attorney - General with any relevant information that
will enable the Attorney - General to assess whether consent should be given
for the transfer of the prisoner to Australia.
