Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA person commits an offence if during the period for which a monitoring device record is required to be kept:
(a) the person does an act; and
(b) the act results in the damage to or alteration, defacing, mutilation, falsification, concealment or destruction (whether in whole or in part) of the monitoring device record.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
