INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 56
Prescribed offences
Section 227 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect as if the
following paragraph were inserted before paragraph (a) of the definition
of prescribed offence in subsection (1):
"(aa) an offence against section 46, 158M, 160, 166, 169, 169A, 170A or
171 of the previous Act or an offence against regulation 146AS of the
Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations;".
