INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 52

(1)

An application for an order under section 141 of the previous Act that has not been finally dealt with before the commencement shall, after the commencement, be dealt with, in spite of Division 2 of this Part, as if it had been made under section 209 of the Industrial Relations Act.

(2)

Section 209 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect in relation to an application referred to in subsection (1) of this section as if the reference in subsection 209(5) of the Industrial Relations Act to an order under subsection 209 (4) of that Act included a reference to an order under subsection 141(2) of the previous Act.
