INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 46

Subsection 191(6) of the Industrial Relations Act has effect as if:

(a)

the reference to the certificate of registration issued under subsection (4) of that section included a reference to a certificate of registration issued under the previous Act; and

(b)

the reference to a certificate as amended under section 206 of the Industrial Relations Act included a reference to a certificate as amended under the previous Act.
