INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 43

A person who, immediately before the commencement, held office as a Port Conciliator under section 85A of the previous Act shall be taken to have been appointed as a Port Conciliator under section 168 of the Industrial Relations Act at the commencement.
