INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 42
Disputes relating to boycotts
Where a proceeding in relation to a dispute to which Division 5A of
Part III of the previous Act applied is, under section 11 of this
Act, to be dealt with after the commencement by the new Commission,
Division 7 of Part VI of the Industrial Relations Act applies in
relation to the proceeding as if:
- (a)
- the dispute had been notified under
section 157 of the Industrial Relations Act; and
- (b)
- action previously
taken in and in relation to the proceeding had been taken under
Division 7 of Part VI of the Industrial Relations Act.
