INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 29

The reference in subsection 82(2) of the Industrial Relations Act to a question referred to the Court under section 82 of that Act includes a reference to a question referred to the Court under section 112 of the previous Act, being a question arising in a matter that was before a former Registrar before the commencement and is being dealt with after the commencement by a Registrar.
