INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 27

Section 79 of the Industrial Relations Act applies in relation to a matter or question being dealt with by the new Commission under section 11 of this Act as if the reference in subsection 79(2) of the Industrial Relations Act to referring the matter or question back to the Registrar were a reference to referring the matter or question to the Registrar or Presidential Member who is, under this Act, dealing with the matter or the matter in connection with which the question arose, as the case may be.
