INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 22
Presidential Member dealing with applications under previous Act
Where, under this Act, a new Presidential Member is dealing with an
application made to a former Registrar under the previous Act:
- (a)
- all
things done in relation to the application before the commencement shall be
taken to have been done for the purposes of the application being dealt with
by the new Presidential Member; and
- (b)
- the new Presidential Member shall
have regard to any evidence given or arguments presented in relation to the
application before the commencement, to the extent that the evidence or
argument is relevant to the provisions under which the new Presidential Member
is dealing with the application.
