INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 17
President may resolve difficulties
Where any difficulty arises in the application of this Division to a
particular proceeding, the President may, subject to any order made by the
Court under section 95, give directions not inconsistent with the
Industrial Relations Act to resolve the difficulty.
