INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1988 - SECT 10
Appeals from Federal Court
An appeal lies, as if the previous Act had not been repealed, from a judgment
of the Court given in a proceeding determined by the Court under
section 9 of this Act, and the appeal shall be dealt with as provided by
section 21 of this Act.
