INSPECTOR-GENERAL OF INTELLIGENCE AND SECURITY ACT 1986 - SECT 28
Leave of absence(1) A person appointed as Inspector - General has such recreation leave entitlements as are determined by the Remuneration Tribunal.
(2) The Attorney - General may grant to a person appointed as
Inspector - General leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on such
terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Attorney - General
determines.
