Commonwealth Consolidated ActsWhere the Inspector‑General decides not to inquire into, or not to inquire further into, a matter to which a complaint made to the Inspector‑General relates in respect of action taken by an agency, the Inspector‑General shall, by notice in writing, inform the complainant, the responsible Minister and the head of the agency accordingly.
