IMMIGRATION (GUARDIANSHIP OF CHILDREN) ACT 1946 - SECT 11
Exemption of children from Act The Minister may, by order in writing under his or her hand,
direct that the provisions of this Act shall not apply in respect of a child
specified in the order, or a child included in a class of children so
specified, and, while the order is in force, the provisions of this Act do not
apply to or in relation to that child or to a child included in that class of
children.
