INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 2001 - SECT 61CD
Exception--advertisements in telephone directories(1) For the purposes of this Part, the publication of the name of a designated interactive gambling service provider in a telephone directory does not, of itself, amount to the publication of a designated interactive gambling service advertisement.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply if:
(a) the publication is on the internet; and
(b) the entry for the provider contains a link to a website for
the provider that relates to a designated interactive gambling service.
