INTERACTIVE GAMBLING ACT 2001 - SECT 16

    If a person (the first person ) has reason to believe that another person has contravened a provision of:

  (a)   Part   2; or

  (b)   Part   2A; or

  (ba)   Part   2B; or

  (c)   Part   7A; or

  (d)   Part   7B;

the first person may make a complaint to the ACMA about the matter.
