INTERNATIONAL FUND FOR AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT ACT 1977 - SECT 5

There may be paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly, any moneys necessary for the purpose of:

(a)

making any payment that Australia is required to make to the Fund in accordance with the Agreement; or

(b)

redeeming a security issued under section 6.
