IMPORTED FOOD CONTROL ACT 1992 - SECT 37

Certain moneys are a debt due to the Commonwealth

                   Any expenses or charges payable to the Commonwealth under this Part may be recovered by action in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Commonwealth.
