INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT ACT 2002 - SECT 29
Certificate by Attorney-General
The Attorney-General must not issue a warrant for the surrender of a person
for a crime unless the Attorney-General has, in his or her absolute
discretion, signed a certificate that it is appropriate to do so.
