INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT ACT 2002 - SECT 187

    The Attorney - General may delegate in writing all or any of his or her powers and functions under this Act or the regulations, other than powers and functions under section   12 and Parts   3, 8 and 12 to:

  (a)   the Secretary of the Department; or

  (b)   an SES employee in the Department.
