Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) 2 or more persons, each of whom is a manufacturer or importer of a new industrial chemical, may make a joint application under section 21B.
(2) If a joint application is made, then, unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in this Division to the applicant is a reference to the joint applicants.
