Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsIf an application duly made by a person under section 20D is refused, a prosecution may not be instituted against the person in respect of a contravention of section 21 in respect of the chemical that occurred at any time (including a time before the commencement of this section) that occurred or occurs before the application was determined.
