INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 - SECT 20F

Effect of inclusion of chemical in Inventory

                   If the Director includes a chemical in the Inventory under section 20E, the chemical is taken for the purposes of this Act to have been included in the Inventory at all times since the commencement of section 11.
