INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS (NOTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT) ACT 1989 - SECT 20A

Object of amnesty

                   The object of this Division is to provide an amnesty for persons who:

                     (a)  apart from this Division would be taken to have contravened or to contravene this Act by the introduction of an eligible chemical; and

                     (b)  during the amnesty period apply under this Division for the chemical to be included in the Inventory.
