INSURANCE CONTRACTS ACT 1984 - SECT 11AAA

Definition

                   In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears:

"relevant legislation" means:

                     (a)  this Act; or

                     (b)  Part 3 of the Medical Indemnity (Prudential Supervision and Product Standards) Act 2003 .
