INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1992 - SECT 44
Leave of absence(1) If a member is appointed on a full - time basis, the member has such recreation leave entitlements as the Remuneration Tribunal determines.
(2) The Minister may grant the Chairperson leave of absence, other than recreation leave, on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as the Minister determines in writing.
(3) The Chairperson may grant leave of absence to any other
member on such terms and conditions as the Chairperson determines.
