INTERNATIONAL AIR SERVICES COMMISSION ACT 1992 - SECT 42

Term of appointment

             (1)  A member is to be appointed for the period, not exceeding 5 years, as specified in the instrument of appointment.

             (2)  A member is eligible for re‑appointment.
